Orders placed through ENTSTORE may be shipped through registered domestic courier companies, India Post, Speed Post or other logistics partners selected by ENTSTORE.
Orders are generally dispatched within 15 days from the date of order and/or payment, or within the delivery period communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation, subject to product availability and logistics conditions.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Product availability;
- Delivery location;
- Courier or logistics partner;
- Weather conditions;
- Government restrictions;
- Natural disasters; and
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
ENTSTORE shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, logistics partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
ENTSTORE shall not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address provided by the customer.
Shipping Charges
Where applicable, shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before completion of the order.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, shipping charges already paid may not be refundable when an order is successfully delivered.
